Fun Facts about being fat:

  • More than one-third of U.S. adults (35.7%) are obese (or to be technical, overweight).
  • Oddly enough, Higher income women are less likely to be obese than low-income women.
  • Being fat is the second leading cause of preventable death in the United States.
    Keyword being “Preventable”.

It’s just a natural part of life -age. As you age your metabolism begins to slow down, this means that you do not need as many calories as you needed before to keep and maintain weight.  Our bodies are changing and we should too!
We can, but shouldn’t eat the foods that we’ve always enjoyed, in the amount that we’ve enjoyed them.

So many of us take a nasty fall every day.  Being obese will only add to your injuries and cause other health related problems.
