Hypertension

Hypertension –

You’ll know what it really means to “Blow a gasket”.

stress and hypertension

According to the CDC, a third of us have high blood pressure.
The medical experts say watch out for the common symptoms: headaches, dizziness, blurred vision, nausea and vomiting, and chest pain and shortness of breath.
Now, don’t misunderstand, I value our good doctors, but who hasn’t had one of those symptoms at one time or another?

How about we just say this:

It’s called “The silent killer” because you may not know you have high blood pressure until it’s too late.

Get your butt off the couch, go to your doctor and get your blood pressure checked.
If you ask me, you can just go to the drugstore, since most of them have a simple blood pressure machine  that you can use.

If you need to get your blood pressure under control,

the doctor will probably prescribe one of these medications and probably in combination with something else

(generic names):  chlorthalidone,  chlorothiazide,  furosemide,  hydrochlorothiazide, indapamide or metolazone.

Be careful, I’ve heard once you start on blood pressure medication, you don’t ever stop taking it.

I’ve heard good things about Ameal BP Peptide.

They don’t claim to cure anything, but they say an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!
